In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended), vl77 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes, but is not limited to: Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and driver's license. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and reflect in your vl77 account balance immediately upon successful transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the banking institution and time of submission. vl77 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. vl77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the vl77 account holder.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your vl77 account Cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may differ by payment method and player VIP tier.
Any discrepancies or disputes relating to deposit or withdrawal transactions must be reported to vl77 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. vl77 will investigate reported discrepancies and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be considered.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions available on the vl77 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (turnover requirements). vl77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits vl77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The vl77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vl77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service offered on the platform.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between a player and vl77 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures also apply where relevant to regulated gambling activities.
vl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or email notification using the contact details on file.
